Photograph of the interior of the Palace of Antonio de Mendoza in Guadalajara, Spain. The photograph shows a courtyard with a covered walkway, above which is a second walkway supported by ornately carved stone pillars featuring lions, scrolls and shields. Within the courtyard are six people, including a gentleman who stands in left side profile and wears a top hat,  and a woman who appears to be wearing a Mantilla.
