Photograph of a double portrait of Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII (1841-1910) and Prince Alfred, later Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1844-1900) seated together on a grassy mound. The Prince of Wales faces right, his face captured in profile, and leans towards his brother. Prince Alfred faces towards the camera, and gazes downwards. He holds a shotgun with both hands. Both princes wear Highland dress. There is a structure painted in, on the far left side of the photograph. Photograph has been enhanced through painted additions.
