Letter from Lord Derby to Queen Victoria submitting a finalised copy of the Reform Bill to be introduced [to Parliament] the following Monday (see VIC/MAIN/F/12/24). He writes that the copy includes two new clauses, one in accorandance with Her Majesty's wishes. Lord Derby also mentions Lord Chandos' reluctance to accept the office offered to him and possible objections by Lord Palmerston.
