Prince Albert writes that the architect of the Coal Exchange should not be knighted as it was avoided for the Royal Exchange. He also mentions that Mr Barry has not yet been knighted, nor the architect of the British Museum. He also includes reference to the reshuffle of canonries of Mr Wordsworth and Mr Cureton and that Queen Victoria is unwell with the chickenpox.
