Prince Albert states that if the children are still well, they will accompany him on Tuesday in order to decrease the disappointment caused by Queen Victoria's absence. He writes that he hopes Lord John Russell will settle everything with the Lord Mayor regarding how he is to represent Queen Victoria. He also mentions that Sir George Grey is out of town.
