Prince Albert refers to a letter from the King of Prussia to Queen Victoria and her draft response. He writes of the regret that the King of Prussia has been 'carried away by his feelings' and taken a violent part in Swiss affairs and got involved with the quarrel regarding Neuchâtel. Prince Albert also mentions an account by Lady Minto.
