Prince Albert writes of Queen Victoria's opinion that 'kissing hands' would be premature but that the Primate should be granted an audience. Prince Albert also encloses an answer (not present) from Lord Melbourne and discusses a successor for 'Chester' including Waddington, Hare or Peacock.
