Prince Albert writes that Lord John Russell mistook his meaning of his 'duty'. Prince Albert discusses the reasons for and against his attending the meeting [of the 'Labourer's Friends Society']. He refers to the potential danger of Chartists attending but the importance of showing the Royal Family's care for the lower classes.
