Letter from the Bishop of Oxford to Prince Albert agreeing with his point that 'greater security is desireable for the servant' and reporting that he has written on the subject to the society [Servants' Provident & Benevolent Society]. He writes that he is in Canterbury to join the Archbishop and Bishops of London and Winchester for the first consecration of the cathedral since the Reformation.
