Letter from the Prince Consort to Lord John Russell reporting that the Queen is prepared to see Mr Dallas, and his successor, at Buckingham Palace the following Tuesday. He also states that the Queen approves of Colonel Stuart as Consul at Prevesa [Albania] and asking that he visit the Queen at White Lodge the following day.
