Memorandum by Prince Albert regarding Lord Aberdeen's meeting with the Queen in which he reported Lord John Russell's intention to resign from the Cabinet. The Prince writes of the efforts taken to change Lord John Russell's mind by Lord Aberdeen and reports that Russell would have to give his final decision to the Cabinet the following day. Dictated to Colonel Grey.
