Memorandum by the Prince Consort regarding the reception of the Reform Bill by the country as a whole and those who support, or object, the bill in Parliament. The Prince states that Mr Walpole and Mr Henley's explanations 'have done much harm' to both the government and the bill, as has Lord Derby's insistence on carrying a clause for the exclusion of Borough voters from the County elections.
