'A return for each county and division of a county in England and Wales, exclusive of the represented cities and boroughs'. Recording the population according to the census of 1851, the gross estimated rental of the property assessed to the Poor Rate, the rateable value, the number of persons rated at 10l, under 50l and over 50l, the number of electors on the Parliamentary Register, with the number of members returned.
