Sir James Graham reports on the present state in Ireland and the fast spread of repeal agitation. He refers to letters from Lord De Grey and a letter from Mr Warburton, Chief Officer of the Police in the south of Ireland to Mr Lucas, the Under Secretary in Dublin. Sir James Graham outlines the precautions that have been taken with reference to the Duke of Wellington and Sir George Murray.
