Copy memorandum by Prince Albert reporting that Lord Aberdeen had seen the Duke of Newcastle and Mr S. Herbert who had both declared their readiness to give a pledge regarding the postponed Reform Bill. He also writes that Lord Aberdeen spoke with Lord Palmerston, who confirmed that he would never vote for the reading of the bill. Dictated to Colonel Grey.
