Copy memorandum by Prince Albert reporting that Lord Aberdeen had seen the Duke of Newcastle and Mr S. Herbert who had both declared their readiness to give a pledge regarding the postponed Reform Bill. He also writes that Lord Aberdeen spoke with Lord Palmerston, who confirmed that he would never vote for the reading of the bill.
