Sir James Graham submits confidential reports regarding Ireland to Prince Albert. He refers to the relationship between the chartists in England and the repealers in Ireland, and the conflict between the repealers and the protestants. In addition he mentions a report regarding the constabulary but states that the anxiety about the loyalty of the constabulary need not be taken too seriously.
