Sir James Graham forwards a letter (not present) from Lord De Grey, another from Mr Lucas to Lord Eliot and a report from a magistrate regarding the 'inflammatory' language used by a [Roman] Catholic priest in front of his congregation. Sir James Graham also refers to the 'outrage' committed by the protestants near Dungannon and mentions that no account has been received from Waterford.
